Regulation of professional standards

The Serbian Human Resources Chamber sets and monitors professional standards for the work of human resources professionals. Our task is to ensure compliance with laws and ethical rules, providing guidelines for maintaining high professionalism in human resources services. Our goal is to contribute to transparency and responsible human resources management in organizations.

Education

One of the Chamber’s key goals is to continuously develop its members through education, certification, and specialized training programs. These activities help HR professionals stay up to date with new trends and practices, as well as improve their skills in line with the modern demands of the labor market.

Providing career development support

The Serbian Chamber of Human Resources also offers resources and advice for the career development of HR professionals. Through mentoring, job advice and expert networks, the chamber facilitates career advancement and connections with industry leaders. This aspect of the chamber encourages professional growth and opens up new opportunities for development and advancement.

Networking
